When should I RSVP by?

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We will not be registering for gifts and not requesting gifts. Your presence is all we ask.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress comfortably. Daytime attire. We suggest sundresses and sandals or button-down shirts and pants. It has been suggested by our planner and our photographer to not wear stillettos - we will be on grass.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The park is in downtown Santa Barbara. We have been informed that the Earth Day weekend celebration is the Saturday and Sunday following our event. The event will be in the process of setup in the park diagonal to Alice KeckMemorial Park and may make parking in that area difficult. We have been advised to use rideshare. The planner assisting us with details is sending me a parking map and I will try to post it here. There is parking at the restaurant where we are hosting dinner and it should not be a problem.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

We are not providing transportation.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We have no other events planned at this time. However Santa Barbara is packed full of fun things to do. Including but not limited to: Bike rentals, State Street, the Courthouse, the Mission, the Museum of Natural History, Botanical Gardens, the Zoo, Stearn's Wharf, Maritime Museum, kayaking, fishing... most of our guests are California natives but for those who have not been to Santa Barbara we can help make suggestions.
