Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear semi-formal, but nice jeans are appropriate as well, we are in Montana after all. That being said, we will have our dance party outside and the temperature in June is as predictable as McDonalds ice cream machine. Feel free to reach out if you have questions on attire.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

10-15 minutes early, so around 3:45pm. Like Coach used to say, if you’re on time, you’re late…. and you’ll have sprints after practice.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

When you go to RSVP on the website and do not see your significant other, we kindly ask that you only bring yourself or contact the bride or groom, and we may have extra seats available.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We have limited space at the reception venue, so if your children are not on the RSVP list, please just bring yourself. All kids are more than welcome to join us at the ceremony as long as they are not disruptive.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will have adequate parking.

What are the directions from the church to Billings Saddle Club?

Answer

Turn left onto Broadwater Ave; Turn right onto Zimmerman Trail; At the roundabout turn right onto MT-3; go straight through the next roundabout by the airport onto Airport Road; Take a right turn onto Aronson Ave; Turn left onto E Alkali Creek Rd; turn left at the bend up to Billings Saddle Club (look for signs indicating Boaz Wedding).

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors. The reception dinner and speeches will be inside, and dancing will follow outside (weather permitting).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The food we are having will be breakfast foods (🍳🥞😋) and gluten free options will be available. If you have any other allergies, please let the bride or groom know.
