Shuttle

Getting To And From The Wedding

August 22, 2025 3:30 pm - 11:00 pm

We encourage guests to catch the shuttle bus from our wedding block hotels to the ceremony. You can park your car at either of their lots if you're not staying there already. Pickup #1: Depart 3:30pm at Fairfield Inn Goshen (Note: There will only be *one* pickup at this hotel, so make sure to get there on time!) Pickup #2: Depart 3:45pm at Sleep Inn Monroe-Woodbury (Note: There will only be *one* pickup at this hotel from our main shuttle, but Sleep Inn has a bonus 11-person hotel van that will provide first come, first serve service to guests, boarding around 3:25pm and making a few trips to the venue) Return #1: Starting at 9:30pm, the Sleep Inn van will provide ongoing rides back to their hotel. Return #2: At 10:15, the main shuttle will arrive and do one circuit of dropoffs at Sleep Inn, Fairfield Inn and our afterparty at Delancey's. By Car: If you choose to arrive by car, just follow the path and turn into one of the lots on the left. (Note: Cars cannot be left at the venue overnight.) By Taxi: While Ubers semi-exist in the area, the waits are long and unreliable. Given the popularity of the area during wedding season, we highly recommend booking as early as possible if you're looking to do a b&b or rental - the Goshen/Monroe areas are ideal. On the day of the wedding, we'll be providing a shuttle from hotels there (if you're planning on driving, avoid booking too far from Blooming Hill Farm).
