We're getting married!

Marlon was immediately drawn to Olivia’s smile. It was bright, expressive, unforgettable. Olivia loved Marlon's warm and comforting presence which instantly put her at ease. At the time, Olivia had just moved to Orlando and was still getting settled. When they finally met in person, Marlon was so nervous he instinctively reached out for a handshake instead of a hug — a moment they still laugh about today. Their first date was at EPCOT. What could have felt overwhelming instead felt easy. They walked through the World Showcase, shared food, talked for hours, and lost track of time. Marlon’s miniature dachshund, Olivia, has always had a big personality and an even bigger sense of loyalty. Watching the way she instantly took to Olivia — and seeing how genuinely happy Olivia was to have a dog in her life — made something click. It wasn’t just about dating anymore. It felt like blending lives. It felt like home. Not long after, they grew their little family by adding a second dog, Otis. With two dogs at their feet and a life taking shape around them, it became clear they weren’t just planning dates — they were building a future. In August, Marlon brought Olivia to one of his favorite places — the Fontainebleau in Miami. After a special weekend together, he led her to the waterfront at Miami Beach. With the ocean behind them and the city they both love surrounding them, he asked her to marry him. She said yes...more like OMG! What began with a swipe turned into a partnership — built on loyalty, adventure, growth, and choosing each other every single day.
