Flight
The two main ways to get to the Netherlands are either by train (Eurostar/Thalys) or by plane, landing at Schiphol Airport - located near Amsterdam. Leiden is easily reached by train, which is a great option for traveling to our wedding. If you come by Eurostar/Thalys, Rotterdam to Leiden takes 30 minutes and if you arrive by plane, Schiphol to Leiden is only 20 minutes. If you take the FlixBus to the Hague/Den Haag, you will be in Leiden in 10 minutes. You can check your train options on the national railway's website (see link).
Travel Note
Het centrum van Leiden is niet het meest autovriendelijk, daarentegen zijn alle onderdelen van onze trouwdag binnen 15 minuten loopafstand van het centraal station. Wil je toch met de auto naar Leiden komen, dan is parkeren in de parkeergarage van de Lammermarkt handig (zie link). Deze parkeergarage is dichtbij de feestlocatie waar wij met z'n allen de dag zullen afsluiten.
Hotel
Leiden has various centrally-located hotels. All the wedding events will take place in central Leiden, walking distance from each other. Feel free to book a fitting hotel anywhere in the city center! We are also happy to help tailor your choice.
