Dress your best! Guests are NOT expected to wear black. Women encouraged to wear long, elegant, gowns. Men are not required to wear tuxedos, although appreciated. Dark Colored Suits with a tie or bowtie are also welcomed.
Please feel free to check-in to your hotel if you've reserved a room. If arriving at the reception location early, you may grab a drink at Shadows on the Hudson, which is a public restaurant/bar attached to the Reception venue.
Busses will pick up guests from the hotel (The Inn at Bellefield) at 4:30pm. There will be busses to take you back to the hotel at 10pm when the reception is over. There will be additional busses at 12 midnight back to the hotel when the after party is over. Ubers are available in the area, but may take extra time to get to you, so plan ahead.
The hotel offers plenty of free overnight parking. The wedding venue has free valet and plenty of free parking. You are allowed to leave your car at the venue overnight if needed.
If attending the ceremony, please arrive at the church no later than 1:15pm. If taking the provided transportation from the hotel to the reception, please be in the hotel lobby no later than 4:15pm. If transporting to the reception on your own, please arrive at the Grandview at 5:00pm for cocktail hour.
