Our ceremony venue has a strict limit on the amount of people allowed to attend. Therefore, we will be having a smaller, more intimate ceremony and a larger reception. We still love you dearly and want to celebrate with you! We look forward to "partying it up" with you at the reception.
Please note that the reception will be h'ordeuvres and drinks only. We are unfortunately unable to accommodate special requests. Additionally, please note that the bar will be a cash bar.
Please RSVP by emailing ostremwedding@gmail.com by June 15, 2025.
Yes, we are registered with Amazon. Please use the link on the Registry tab or scan the QR code on your invitation to access the registry. We humbly thank you for your generosity.
We are hoping for our ceremony to begin promptly at 10:00 AM. This will help us avoid the hottest part of the day. Arrival around 9:45 should be sufficient time to get to the Woodland Theater and settle in before the ceremony begins.
For the ceremony: we suggest semi-formal wear. "Nice" jeans without holes, patches, or chains are alright. Dress for weather-- the wedding will be held outdoors, rain or shine, and Wyoming is known for its characteristic wind. If you would like to dress in our wedding colors, you are more than welcome to. They are forest green and champagne. For the reception: we suggest semi-formal attire. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Please take care to note that due to space constraints at our venues, your invitation is intended for the named recipient(s) only. Further, we respectfully inform you that although we love your little ones, we will be having an adults-only reception. We greatly appreciate your understanding.
Guests are responsible for their own transportation between their accommodations, the ceremony, and the reception. Please note that parking space at the ceremony venue is somewhat limited. We suggest carpooling to the ceremony if possible. If you cannot find parking in the lot at Crimson Dawn, you may find it easier to park your vehicle at Beartrap County Park and arrange for a carpool from there.
