What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive around 4:00 PM to allow time to be seated and settled before the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM at ICONA Avalon. The ceremony is planned to take place on the beach, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors at ICONA Avalon. Should a location change be necessary, guests will be notified by 12:00 PM on the day of the wedding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal Cocktail attire, please. Our wedding ceremony will take place on the beach. We kindly recommend that guests wear appropriate footwear suitable for walking on sand. Indoor cocktail hour and reception to follow

While we love your little ones, this is an adult-only event.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation/RSVP says, “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. Thank you for understanding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Ceremony, Reception and after-party will be located onsite at the ICONA Avalon. Parking will be available onsite for those who are not staying at the venue. If you are staying at other hotels listed on site, many are walking distance to the venue.
