We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event except for immediate family or unless otherwise specified on your invitation. We encourage you to use this as a date night to relax, socialize, and dance! There is an unmonitored pool and road next to the venue so we are also keeping safety in mind. Thank you for your understanding!
Your invitation will specify how many seats have been saved in your honor so please do not bring any surprise guests! As we are on a tight budget we hope that you understand!
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and devices are put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer for this special day and we'd hate for their shots to have phones in them! After the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you want!
We ask that you try to RSVP as soon as possible, this helps us with providing our final head count to our food vendor who needs it 3 months before the wedding! We want to make sure we have enough but are not spending money on extra food that will go to waste so please make sure you RSVP before the deadline out of respect for myself, Daniel and our families! The ceremony and reception will take place outside, the ceremony being on top of a hill and the reception taking place within a tent. In the case of bad weather the ceremony will take place inside, but the reception will still be under the tent which comes equipped with heaters and side panels. Being as it is the beginning of October we are hopping the weather to be mild as seen in previous years and you will be walking on grass so ladies please keep this in mind if you plan on wearing pointed heals as they may get stuck in the grass, chunky heels always work better for that! The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm, we ask that you arrive to the venue by 3:00pm as there will be a carriage shuttle to the top of the hill with limited seating per ride so we want to make sure all of our guests are at the top and seated on time. To avoid any interruptions in the ceremony, we ask if you are late to please celebrate our love at the reception dinner instead as the shuttle will not run once it has begun. Thank you!
