Rehearsal will be at 5:45pm at Dixon’s and will likely be done by 6:30pm with the Dinner to follow at our house. We will be hosting with a potluck set up in the shed and yard games. Parking will be set up in the field. Your little ones are welcome to attend but please let us know so we can help accommodate for food and seating.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a well-deserved evening off! The wedding ceremony will be outdoors at 3 pm. Guests will need to arrive by 2:30 pm to take wagon ride to ceremony location. Any guests with restrictions will be able to drive to location. Shuttle will be provided for transportation between the venue and both hotels. Check in for the hotel is 3PM so you will either need to request an early check in or drive from the venue to the hotel after ceremony to check in and then shuttle back. There will be plenty of time while the wedding party is doing photos before cocktail hour starts for this. Shuttle will be running starting 1:30 PM from the hotels to the venue.

Cocktail hour will follow the ceremony at 5 pm. Reception will start at 6 pm. Shuttle last pick up from the venue back to the hotels will be at 12AM. ***Meal will be buffet style with either Barbecue Ribs or Grilled Chicken available*** When completing RSVP you will find options for ice cream flavors as we will be serving Olson Ice Cream and various flavors of mini cupcakes for dessert. There will also be an evening snack of pizza and s'mores available.
