Is the resort all inclusive?

Answer

Yes, Dreams Jade is an all inclusive Hyatt resort, which includes food and non-alcoholic & alcoholic beverages. However, it is strongly suggested to bring cash for tipping the resort staff.

How do I book a room reservation at Dreams Jade?

When is the last day to make a room reservation or upgrade?

August 18, 2026. Please reach out to either groom if there are questions or concerns about this date.

When is payment due for the room reservations?

Answer

Purple Light Vacations will provide each guest with a total amount due based on the amount of people per room, the room type, and the cost of ground transportation. 50% of this total will be due by October 1, 2026 and the remaining 50% will be due by January 1, 2027. Please reach out to either groom if there are questions or concerns about this payment timeline.

What payment options are available for the room resort?

Answer

There are three options available. 1) Send a check or money order to Purple Light Vacations 3650 Fifth Avenue #309 San Diego, CA 92103 and there will be no additional charge. 2) Wire payment to Purple Light Vacations, which will result in a $20 wire fee per payment. 3) Provide payment via debit or credit card through PayPal, with a processing fee of 3.45%.

How do I book flights to Cancun International Airport?

Answer

You will need to book your own flights on your airline of choice, separate from the travel agent. However, your flight information may be necessary to make transportation accommodations to/from the airport.
