Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) We’ve gathered some of the most common questions to make it easy for you to plan your trip and enjoy our special day. If you have additional questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us!

1. What is the date and time of the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will take place on November 1st, 2025. Guests are welcomed at 4:30pm and the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Any late arrivals will be asked to wait in the back until the procession has completed.

2. Where is the wedding venue located?

Answer

Our wedding will be held at: The Cruz Building 3157 Commodore Plaza, Coconut Grove, FL

3. What is the dress code? *

Answer

The dress code is formal. We would love for everyone to wear fall colors (not required but would e nice!). Reach out to Rebecca if you want the color palette being used for the wedding!

4. Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, complimentary valet parking will be available exclusively for wedding guests.

5. Are children allowed at the wedding? *

Answer

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a fun and festive evening with us!

6. What time should I arrive at the venue? *

Answer

Guests are welcome beginning at 4:30 p.m. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. We kindly recommend arriving 15–30 minutes prior to the ceremony so you have time to get settled before the celebration begins.

7. Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place indoors, followed by an indoor cocktail and reception. There is an open terrace in the cocktail area.

8. What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

9. Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will have a fully stocked open bar for you to enjoy!

11. What is the weather typically like?

Answer

In November, Miami offers pleasant weather, making it an ideal time for a wedding. The average high temperature is around 80°F (27°C), with lows near 70°F (21°C), providing comfortable conditions.
