Oscar and I crossed paths during our second year of college at UC Santa Cruz, brought together by our mutual friend Yari as we met at the "Stevenson" bus stop on our way to our Intro to Networking class. Little did we know that this encounter would turn into a journey of friendship, love, and countless memories. Throughout our college years we became close friends, our early days filled with going to class together, study sessions in the library, and hang outs in the dining hall. As time went on, we eventually took our friendship to the next step. Our first date unfolded the night before I headed home for summer break at "The Crepe Place", another story we love to retell. From there, you can say the rest is history. Fast forward seven years as we both approach a new decade into our 30's, we reflect on this wild ride that has seen us through graduating college together, traveling across the globe, landing our first adult jobs at the same tech company, becoming homeowners, delving into short-term rental entrepreneurship, embracing the hustle of Crossfit coaching, and happily adopting our beloved Bubba. As we approach this new chapter, we can't help but feel grateful for the memories and experiences we've shared. From these cherished milestones to the support of those who have accompanied us, we are truly filled with gratitude. We are so excited and can't wait to celebrate our unity with all of you joining us on our special day.
