Rooms with a discounted rate have been reserved at the Hilton under "Dunn Aguayo Wedding Room Block". Hotel reservations must be made before Tuesday, July 16th in order to obtain the discounted room block rate. Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM. We have requested early check-ins for our room block, however it is not guaranteed. You must also make an early check in request yourself upon booking. The only way to guarantee the room before 4 pm is by booking the night prior. The hotel is able to hold your luggage if your room is not available when you arrive. Shuttle

Shuttle from the main lobby of the Hilton

Shuttles will be provided from the hotel to the venue and back to the hotel following the reception. First come first serve! The buses will arrive at the hotel at 3:30 PM and will depart no later then 3:45 PM from the Hilton and bring you to the Star Barn. At 10:30 PM the first bus will be leaving the venue to bring guests back to the Hilton Harrisburg. The next bus will be leaving from the venue at 11:00 PM to bring guests back to the Hilton.
