When do I need to be at the venue?/¿Cuándo tengo que llegar?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 7:00PM. Please arrive at 6:30PM. There will be a tram operating to bring guests from the parking lot to the ceremony location. Late guests may possibly not be admitted until after the ceremony La ceremonia comienza puntualmente a las 7:00 PM. We've hired a photographer to capture our day and request that you not have your phone out during the ceremony. Once the ceremony ends, please feel free to take all the photos and videos you want. What do I wear?/ ¿Que me pongo?

Answer

Attire is Garden or Cocktail style. While completely formal attire is not required, please refrain from wearing things like shorts, T-shirts, flip flops, etc. Also keep in mind that the ceremony will be taking place outside, weather permitting, and the reception will be inside with the bar outside and the Botanical Garden open to all our guests. There will be all sorts of music, but mainly there will be Latin music, with some hip-hop, R&B, and country music. All music played will be the explicit versions, please keep that in mind. What is the food situation?/ ¿Cuál es la situación con la comida?

Food will be arranged in stations. There will be 4 stations. The food is not buffet style or a sit down meal, so quantity is limited. Please keep other guests in mind when serving yourselves. Once the food has run out, there will be no more. It would be really unfair if people in the wedding party, the bride and groom, or any guests don't get any food because of over serving La comida se organizará en las estaciones. Habrá 4 estaciones. How will seating work?/ ¿Cómo funcionarán los asientos?

Answer

There will be seating for everyone for the ceremony. The front 2 rows will be reserved for immediate family of the bride and groom. For the reception, because we are not having a sit down dinner, there will not be enough seating for everyone all at once. Because of this, there are only 2 reserved tables closest to the sweetheart table. Those who have a reserved seat will be notified directly by the bride and groom. There will be cocktail tables located both inside and outside as well as a few patio tables with chairs located outside. Please be considerate of all guests Habrá asientos para todos para la ceremonia. Las 2 primeras filas estarán reservadas para la familia inmediata de los novios. Para la recepción, debido a que no tendremos una cena formal, no habrá suficientes asientos para todos a la vez. Debido a esto, solo hay 2 mesas reservadas más cercanas a la mesa de los enamorados. Aquellos que tengan un asiento reservado serán notificados directamente por los novios.
