A Black Van

June 28, 2025 12:30 pm - 7:30 pm

A black van will be available for one-time pickup and drop-off as follows: • June 28, 2025: One-time pickup from the hotel to the traditional wedding at 12:30 PM, with a single return trip to the hotel at 7:00 PM. • June 29, 2025: One-time pickup from the hotel to the white wedding at 2:30 PM, with one return trip back to the hotel after the event. The vehicle’s license plate number will be shared one week before the event.

Weather & Attire • Weather: June in Tampa is hot and humid, with daytime temperatures typically reaching the upper 80s to low 90s °F (30-35°C). Evenings remain warm, please dress accordingly. • Dress Code: Formal for the church ceremony and Nigerian attire for the traditional wedding. Let’s celebrate in style! Transportation & Parking • Airports: Tampa International (TPA) is the closest airport, with easy access to hotels and venues. St. Pete-Clearwater International (PIE) is a smaller alternative nearby. • Discounted Taxis & Rideshare: We’re working with local taxi companies for discounted rates. More details to come! • Parking: Free on-site parking at both venues, but spaces may be limited as more guests arrive. Plan ahead or consider carpooling. Accommodations • Shared Accommodations: If you’d like to share accommodations, contact wedding planner Regine at +1 (772) 919-2433 with your name and arrival date. We’ll help coordinate an affordable Airbnb stay. Caution & Safety Notes • Traffic: Downtown Tampa can be busy, especially on Valentine’s Day. Allow extra travel time to reach the venues. • Sun Protection: Florida’s UV can be strong, especially in June. Bring sunscreen and sunglasses for outdoor activities. Fun Photo Opportunity • Black Sunglasses: Don’t forget your black sunglasses for some fun group photos after the ceremony! Registry & Gifts • Gifts: We truly appreciate your generosity, but we cannot accept physical gifts on-site. Please consider checking our online registry or consider gifting monetarily.
