Ariane is Jessica’s big sister—and best friend. She may be the shorter sibling, but she’s always been the one to look up to. As a nurse practitioner, she’s got a heart of gold and makes everyone feel taken care of—especially during chaotic wedding planning. Ariane was right by our side during the proposal (literally), and she’s been one of our biggest cheerleaders from day one. Mark and Jessica couldn’t imagine this day without her.
Braden Ortman
Best Man
Braden is Mark's son and his best friend. The two share a very close bond, and Braden has also been an important part of Jessica's life. A true Chicago sports fan, he loves baseball - especially the Cubs - and cheering on the Bears. More recently, he and Mark have gotten into golf and enjoy spending time on the course together. At home, Braden keeps everyone laughing with his quick wit and sense of humor. Whether it's playing a round of Catan or just hanging out, he brings so much fun and energy into their lives. Mark and Jessica couldn't imagine their wedding day without him standing by their side.
