If you are bringing a plus one, please RSVP with their full name either through the website or by texting us directly at (530) 602-2315. Kindly note that our wedding will be an adults-only celebration.

We kindly ask that guests refrain from posting any photos taken until after the ceremony has concluded. Your presence means the world to us, and we'd love for everyone to be fully present in the moment.

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, allowing you to enjoy the natural beauty of the setting. The reception will follow indoors for an evening of dining and celebration.

Complimentary parking is available on-site at the venue. Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles overnight; however, please note that the gate will close promptly at 12:00 AM. Vehicles may be retrieved the following day between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Please be advised: Overnight sleeping in vehicles is strictly prohibited. RVs, vans, or other vehicles intended for camping are not permitted on the premises.

We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as animals are not permitted on the venue grounds.

This is a non-smoking facility. Smoking of any substance, by any method, is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Designated outdoor smoking areas will be available for guests who wish to smoke.

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM, we recommend you aim to arrive by 3:15 PM to ensure you are seated on time.

If we do not get an RSVP back by August 1st, 2025, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue and vendors in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVPs.
