Can I Bring a Plus-One or Children?

When you RSVP, each person in your party/household will be listed. While we’d love to accommodate everyone, we kindly ask that you do not bring anyone additional as the venue will not be able to provide them with a seat and meal.

Yes, free parking is available in the venue's large front lot.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
We recommend arriving at the venue between 4:30 and 4:45 pm. This will give you ample time to be comfortably seated before our ceremony begins at 5:00 pm. If you happen to arrive after the ceremony has started, please find a seat during a quiet moment without disrupting the proceedings.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will be an outdoor celebration. We recommend bringing a light jacket, sweater, or shawl to ensure your comfort throughout the event.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly request to refrain from stepping out into the aisle to take photos during the ceremony, allowing our professionals to capture every moment without interruption. After the ceremony, we welcome you to take as many photos as you wish.

Where Should We Go After the Ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will occur in the same venue. Cocktail hour for guests will begin once the ceremony is over and guests will be ushered to the cocktail hour space where guests will be served o’verdes & drinks. During this time the bride and groom will be taking pictures with their bridal party/family until it is time for the reception.

Open bar or cash bar?

We'll have an open bar during cocktail hour and after dinner during our wedding reception. Enjoy complimentary drinks and celebrate with us!

What is the end time for the reception?
Answer
Our last dance will occur around 11:40-45, so we can end the night by midnight.
