A note regarding the RSVP

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible using the pre-postaged RSVP card enclosed in your invite or by RSVP'ing on this wedding website. If using the RSVP card enclosed, please be sure to list the name(s) of the guest(s) coming, and up to two main dish selections for each guest. We must get a final head-count to the caterers by 10/26, so if we have not received your RSVP, we will have to assume that you are unable to attend. The main dish selections on the card are pulled pork, smoked chicken, or smoked portabello mushrooms (vegetarian option). Please do not hesitate to reach out to either one of us with questions about the menu or food restriction concerns.

Is there a dress code? (PLEASE READ)

A note on footwear: The outdoor area of the venue is gravel, so in regards to shoes, we suggest that guests stick with flats and avoid anything with a heel/stilettos. This is for your safety! When it comes to clothing in general, the dress code for our wedding is Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual Attire. The ceremony and cocktail hour are being held outside (heaters will be present for cocktail hour), so with a November wedding, plan accordingly.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes, the venue is handicap accessible, including the ceremony site. There is a set of stairs to get down to the ceremony site, but for those unable to take the stairs, there is an access point that is handicap/wheelchair accessible.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

During cocktail hour there will be an open bar; once the reception begins, alcohol will be limited to beer and wine.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the venue, our guest list is limited to the number of people the venue can accommodate. Therefore, we unfortunately can't accommodate additional guests beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand our decision.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Unless specified on the invite, this is an adult-only celebration - please, enjoy some child-free time!

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We've hired a photographer to capture the moment, so you can enjoy it with us. We kindly ask that phones are placed on silent during the ceremony, and that phones and cameras are kept put away until the ceremony has finished.

Your presence at the wedding is the greatest gift of all! Jessica and Kevin have been together for 12 years, and have built a life living together for over 10 years.
