The venue is stunning, but pretty secluded from the Charlotte area. We recommend staying in Ballantyne - either in our block or at one of the surrounding hotels. There's plenty to do and eat, and we'll arrange guest transportation from the Ballantyne Hotel for your convenience.

This will be our hub for the weekend! We'll host a Welcome Party here on Friday and informal After Party on Saturday and will coordinate all transportation to and from The Ballantyne for our guests' convenience. STRUGGLING TO BOOK THE BLOCK? We recognize the first 10 rooms have been reserved in our block, but more rooms have now been added. The hotel requires you book at least 30 days in advance of the event to secure the discounted rate. The rate discount covers 3 days before and after the event should you want to come in early or stay late.
