What is the date and time of your wedding?

Answer

Saturday, October 4th 2025. The reception begins at 5:00 pm. Details can be found on this site under 'Itinerary'.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

Our reception space is booked until roughly 11:00pm. Guests are welcome to join us for the afterparty next door at FitzGerald's Sidebar (cash bar).

Will there be a time gap between your ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be a small gap (about 1 hour) between the ceremony and reception. The venues are about a 2 minute drive from each other. If you are attending the private ceremony and are looking to kill time before the reception, check out Kinslahger Brewing Company or Kettlestrings Tavern (both close by).

Are the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Answer

No, they are at separate venues. Our ceremony will be a private event with a small guest list, due to limited space. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to party with everyone at the reception afterward!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will have indoor and outdoor areas. Early October weather can be unpredictable, so check the forecast and dress accordingly.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?

Answer

There is street parking available on Roosevelt Rd. and other side streets (check signage), but it is first-come first-serve. We encourage guests to carpool or Uber/Lyft if possible.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Cocktail Attire (ex: cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, dark jackets/slacks) No sneakers please.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, this is an adult-only event. Please plan accordingly.

What type of food will be served at your wedding? Should I have a snack beforehand?

Answer

In lieu of a formal sit-down meal, a self-serve buffet will be offered, including BBQ and some hearty sides. We recommend having lunch or a snack beforehand, as the reception does not begin until 5pm.

Are photos allowed during the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged (no photos please). However for the reception, feel free to snap away to capture the fun of our special day. A QR code will be provided for guests to upload any photos instantly through GuestPix, a shared photo app.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by August 15th so we have an accurate headcount for planning.

Will you be reserving a hotel block for out-of-town guests?

Answer

We will not be reserving a block as there aren't many options in the immediate area, but we do encourage guests to look into booking through Airbnb or Vrbo. There are also a few nearby hotel options listed in the 'Accommodations' section of our website.

What about dietary restrictions?

Answer

The menu is classic BBQ, featuring a mix vegetarian & non-vegetarian options. It will include a few proteins, salad, and some sides. Dishes will be labeled for guests with dietary preferences.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are just doing a cash donation fund (found on the 'Registry' tab of this site). You may contribute digitally or bring a physical card if you wish. We are so grateful for your love and support as we begin this next chapter.
