Our Story

Meant to Bee

Aaron and Nicoles journey began at the Redlands Love Local Artisans Market on July 1st, 2023, where they were positioned as neighboring vendors. Aarons sweet offerings of honey and beeswax candles caught Nicoles eye, while his warmth and the scripture adorning his banner captured her heart. Their initial conversations, steeped in faith, laid the foundation for a deep and meaningful connection as they spent hours getting to know each other. It was there, amid the markets vibrant energy, that Nicole met Aarons children, Ava and Adrian, who quickly warmed up to her artistry. Their bond only strengthened as they stayed in touch through social media, with Nicole dropping not-so-subtle hints of her affection. A chance reunion at another summer market, where they were once again assigned as neighbors, provided the perfect opportunity for them to pick up where they left off. As autumns crisp air settled in, Nicole's prayers for a pursuing partner were answered when what started as a simple plan for a Bible study and coffee evolved into a dinner date after their Bible study suddenly got canceled by divine timing, sealing their newfound affection. By October 22, 2023, they embraced their commitment to each other, embarking on a journey of love and intentionality. Their relationship blossomed as they navigated life together, prioritizing their bond and their connection with Aarons children. Through shared moments of worship, community involvement, and cherished time with loved ones, Aaron and Nicole recognized the divine orchestration of their union. On May 24th, 2024, amidst the breathtaking backdrop of Keller Peak, Aaron took Nicoles hand and proposed as the sun dipped below a blanket of clouds, painting the sky in hues of gold and pink. With hearts overflowing with gratitude, they offered prayers of thanks, acknowledging Gods guidance and the enduring strength of their faith. As they descended from the mountaintop, hand in hand, they knew that their love, rooted in Christ and nurtured through shared experiences, would stand the test of time. Their prayer, “Lord we thank You that You brought us together through Your Word…” Aaron finished the prayer by saying “And through Your Word, we’ll stay together.”
