Can we bring our kids?

Answer

We are requesting that there be no children under the age of 14 at the event. We apologize if this causes any additional difficulties.

What's the best way to get to the venue?

Answer

Rideshare is going to be the easiest option! Our venue, Artspace 111, is located only about a mile from downtown, which is where we booked the hotel block. We don't recommend walking, but promise that Uber/Lyft/Alto are going to be your best bet.

Where should we stay?

Answer

We have a hotel block at the Embassy Suites in Downtown Ft. Worth. The hotel is within a mile of the venue, and surrounded by a number of very walkable bars, restaurants and other amenities. You'll find several other hotels in this area as well. Pick any one that first your mood, price range, or loyalty points.

What are you guys thinking about COVID?

Answer

First off COVID can suck it. But if COVID does decide to rear its ugly head again before our celebration, we'll look at all relevant local guidance and keep everyone posted. We plan to have the entire event outdoors regardless. That said, we do encourage all of our attendees to go get your vaccinations and boosters!

Is there a ceremony?

Answer

We will be having a private ceremony at the venue just before our wedding celebration that will be witnessed by our immediate family. Following the private ceremony, we can't wait to start the party with you!
