Booking Accommodation

We have exclusive use of the hotel so please don't worry about booking your room! When we send out the formal invites, we will ask your preference if you would like to stay at the hotel- it can sleep up to 75 guests. The venue requires a 3 night booking for anyone staying at the property. When everyone has returned their RSVP we will organise everything with the venue and you will pay for your room on arrival. We will provide more details closer to the time. Alternatively, there are various hotels/Airbnb options in the nearby town Gaucín (10 minute drive away). Probably more suitable if you are joining us for one night rather than all three.

We have visited the venue and the accommodation is fab! They offer a range of on-site accommodation options (photos on the hotel website) and all includes breakfast in the price: Studio Rooms – €170 per night (sleeps 1–2 people) One-Bedroom Apartments – €200 per night (sleeps up to 3 people) Two-Bedroom Apartments – €220 per night (sleeps up to 5 people)

Weekend Events

We'd love to celebrate with you throughout the weekend, but there's absolutely no pressure to attend all three events. We know everyone has different travel plans and schedules, so please join us for whichever celebrations suit you best. Whether we see you at one event or all three, we're simply grateful you'll be there to celebrate with us.

Dress Code

Our dress code is Garden Party Formal, inspired by our outdoor celebration in Spain. We'd love for our guests to embrace bright, bold colours. For the ladies, both short or long dresses are perfect—choose something colourful that makes you feel fabulous. For the gentlemen, we'd love to see you in a suit or dress pants with a collared shirt. Jackets are optional, but please no shorts. Most importantly, wear something you'll feel comfortable celebrating and dancing in!

As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we’re keeping the guest list limited to our closest family/ friends and have limited accommodation at the venue. We kindly request that only those named on the invitation attend.

RSVP Deadline

We kindly ask that you RSVP by November 2026. This helps us finalise our plans and celebrate with everyone who can join us. If your plans change after you've responded, please let us know as soon as possible.

We've discussed this with the venue and they can accommodate dietary preferences/ allergies. We will ask for any requirements or allergens on the RSVP and we will coordinate this for you.

Weather

Answer

The average temperatures in Malaga in May range from 16 - 26 degrees. It should be lovely and warm during the day and cool down slightly in the evening. The ceremony, dinner and after party will all be held outside.
