We're getting married at The Flying Horse in Corvallis, Montana, out in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley about 45 minutes south of Missoula. Both the ceremony and reception will be at the same location.

Yes, we recommend it. The venue is out in the Bitterroot Valley and rideshare is very limited outside of Missoula, so having your own car will make getting to and from the airport, your lodging, and the venue much easier.
July in the Bitterroot Valley is usually warm and sunny, with daytime highs often in the 80s and cooler evenings once the sun goes down. We'd suggest bringing a light layer for after dark.
The closest lodging is in Corvallis and Hamilton, with additional options in Stevensville and Missoula. We have listed suggested hotels and vacation-rental areas on the Travel page. We do not currently have a confirmed hotel room block, so please book the option that works best for your plans.
Cocktail attire. We'd love for you to dress up with us: cocktail or midi/maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits or pantsuits, and suits or dress slacks with a collared dress shirt are welcome. Please, no shorts, jeans, or hats. Our ceremony is outdoors on grass, so choose shoes that are comfortable on the lawn and bring a light layer for the evening.
