U.S. citizens do not need a Colombian visa for a tourist or business stay of 90 days or less. Casi ninguna nacionalidad necesita visa para el ingreso a Colombia, venezolanos pueden entrar con pasaporte vencido de hasta 10 años

Children are welcome at the reception, however, we ask that children stay with a babysitter for the ceremony. We will help you find a babysitter you can trust for the hour. Los niños son bienvenidos en la cena y fiesta, pero no a la ceremonia, tendremos coordinadas niñeras en el hotel donde se realizara la recepcion por la hora de la ceremonia

Should I rent a car? Deberia rentar un carro?

We recommend using Uber. The ride from the airport to the Walled City is 15 minutes. If you are staying in the Walled City, you can walk to all events easily. Recomendamos usar Uber. Las carrera del aeropuerto a la ciudad amurallada es de 15 minutos. Si tu hospedaje es en la ciudad amurallada podras facilmente caminarr a todos los eventos

What should I wear? Que deberia vestir ?

The wedding attire is formal. There will be a 10 minute walk from the ceremony to the reception and we recomend wearing comfortable heels. For all else, we recommend clothing for hot and humid weather. La vestimenta es traje formal. Hay una caminata de 10 minutos de la iglesia a la recepcion por lo que recomendamos el uso de tacones que sean comodos. Para lo demas, recomendamos ropa para clima humedo y caliente

Do I need to convert my money to Colombian Pesos? Necesito convertir mi moneda a Pesos colombianos?

Most places accept credit card and USD. If you would like to convert some USD/EUR, we recommend finding an ATM at the airport or at a hotel. La mayoria de los lugare acepta tarjetas de credito y dolares, si te gustaria convertir tu moneda a la moneda loca te recomendamos usar un cajero automatico en el aeropuerto o en el hotel.

We recommend bringing an umbrella because it rains 8 days a month on average. Sunscreen is a must along with a hat of your choice to protect against the sun. Recomendamos traer una sombrilla, ya que llueve 8 dias al mes aproximandamente, protector solar es super necesario y alguna gorra/ sombrero para protegerte del sol

Cartagena averages 85 degrees year-round and humid. The UV index is high and you will get burned if you don't apply sunscreen often. Cartagena posee un clima de alrededor 29 grados centigrados durante todo el año con humedad, los rayos UV son altos por lo que debes aplicar constantemente protector solar

Cash gifts are optional. There will be a box at the reception. Regalos en efectivo son opcionales, tendremos una caja de sobres en la recepcion. Sin embargo, tu presencia para nosotros es mas importante que cualquier regalo fisico

No, only drink bottled water and brush your teeth with bottled water. Likewise, while showering do not get water in your mouth, nose, or ears. No, bajo ningun motivo bebas agua qu no sea embotellada, y trata de cepillarte con el agua potable tambien para evitar cualquier malestar estomacal

Should I carry my passport around town with me?

No, you should keep your passport in your hotel room in the safe. You do not need your passport while in Cartagena. No, no es necesario andar con el en la. ciudad, siempre es mejor dejarlo en la caja fuerte del hotel.
