Where is the wedding taking place?

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than March 21, 2026. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM on Saturday. We ask that guests arrive 30 minutes before so that everyone can be seated on time.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is Summer Formal. For the ladies long dresses, pastels and fun colors (except for any neon pink,orange, and green) florals are encouraged. For the guys, suits are preferred! We want you to feel comfortable while looking your best.

Can I bring a plus one?

Our guest list is carefully planned, so only those listed on your invitation are invited! If you have any questions feel free to reach out.

Answer
We love our little ones, but our wedding will be adults-only celebration so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the night.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony, meaning no phones or cameras during the vows. We want everyone to be present in the moment. But don't worry our photographer will capture everything and we will share it all with you afterward!

Are there hotels nearby?
Answer
Yes! We have arranged special rates at Staybridge Suites Winter Haven Auburndale by IHG, located within a short drive from the venue. Please mention "Oriana & Zane's wedding" when booking. If you prefer reach out to Oriana for more information.
