Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

At the ceremony, there is a small parking lot for the peace garden. Otherwise, there is street parking. The garden is two miles from The Annex. For the reception, there is little street parking in front of the venue, but plenty of street parking behind The Annex.

Is there a dress code?

Wear whatever you feel comfortable in!
