Our story thus Far

An Ode to our Love

We met at choir practice at RCCG Christ Villa with the David Generation in September of the year 2015. (ENI) Upon getting home, I saw a message on my WhatsApp, "Hi, this is Ore from choir. I just wanted to welcome you to the team." Thus began our friendship with monthly phone calls that always ended with laughter. Then came August 2016 and our once a month phone call transitioned into a daily chat. (ORE) I decided not to call her on September 5th, 2016 but my daily routines felt out of place. (ENI) I called him later in the evening wondering why I did not hear from him all day and he told me he had been waiting for me to call as well. Thus began our romantic relationship. (ENI) Three years later on December 30th, 2019, Ore asked me to be his wife and I said yes. It has been four years of learning how to love and protect each other and we are excited to come before our God, family and friends to celebrate the start of our next phase.

For all the days along the way
