What is the date and time of the wedding?

Answer

The date is January 3, 2026 and the ceremony starts at 4 pm. The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) at the same venue as the reception.

What are the best directions for the venue?

Answer

To reach Lithia Acres, take Lithia Pinecrest Road to Bryant Road, left on Thompson Road until it ends on Hinton Ranch Road (dirt private path). Parking attendants will assist with parking.

Where is the closest airport?

Answer

Tampa International Airport is about a 45 minute drive and St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport is about a 55 minute drive from Lithia Acres.

Can vehicles be left overnight?

Answer

Yes, safety first. However please keep in mind that Uber/Ride Share should be set up as much in advance as possible. The later the night, the harder it is to secure one way back where the venue is nestled.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no specific dress code. The ceremony will be held outdoors on grass. In case of inclement weather, ceremony will be held inside the barn. Please note that the venue has gravel and a natural terrain path to the reception. We encourage you to wear whatever footwear you find agreeable.

Can I bring a guest?

Due to the venue capacity we can't host any additional guests that didn't receive formal invitations.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not, it is recommended to drive or Uber/Lyft

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

For out of town guests or those who want to stay at a hotel, we have reserved a room block at the Hampton Inn & Suites. There is also a beautiful hidden gem called the River Bend Retreat (this is not a part of the room block). Links to these accommodations are under the travel tab on our website.
