Our celebration will take place aboard Yacht StarShip IV in beautiful Clearwater, Florida. 25 Causeway Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33767 A photo of the yacht will also be included on this page to help guests easily locate the boarding area.
We encourage guests to arrive early to allow time for parking, walking to the marina, and boarding comfortably before departure. Boarding will begin promptly at the scheduled time. We recommend arriving 40 mins before boarding. As this is a private yacht experience, the vessel must depart on schedule and cannot wait for late arrivals.
Yes. We kindly ask our loved ones to remain unplugged during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us in the moment. Our photographers will be capturing the evening beautifully, allowing you to simply relax, celebrate, and experience it alongside us.
Once the yacht leaves the dock, it cannot return to pick up additional guests. We truly appreciate everyone planning ahead so we may all begin the evening together.
Parking is available near Clearwater Marina, though spaces can fill quickly, especially during sunset hours. Recommended parking options include: • Clearwater Municipal Marina, closest option • Pier 60 garages • Downtown Clearwater garages with rideshare access to the marina We recommend allowing extra time for parking and walking to the dock.
Guests will board directly at the marina dock at the address listed above. Please follow marina signage and event staff upon arrival. A photo of the yacht will also be provided for easy identification.
The evening attire is formal with a romantic Renaissance-inspired palette. Jewel tones such as deep reds, emerald greens, sapphire blues, golds, and rich neutrals are warmly encouraged. While inspired by timeless romance and artistry, this is not a costume event. Please also keep in mind there are stairs and open-air deck spaces onboard. Elegant flats, wedges, or block heels are recommended for comfort throughout the evening.
Very much so. This wedding is intentionally small and deeply personal to us, surrounded by the people we love most. To preserve the intimacy of the evening, we kindly ask: • No children • No additional guests or plus ones unless specifically named on the invitation
On the wedding day, we kindly ask guests not to contact the couple directly so we can remain fully present throughout the celebration. Our day-of Coordinator and venue team will gladly assist with directions, arrival questions, or any needs that may arise.
Yacht StarShip IV includes multiple levels connected by stairs. • There are no elevators onboard • Guests should be comfortable navigating stairs • Standard wheelchairs may be accommodated with assistance • Motorized wheelchairs unfortunately cannot be accommodated onboard If you have accessibility concerns, please reach out to us ahead of time so we may help however possible.
Our celebration will continue rain or shine. The yacht includes beautiful indoor, climate-controlled spaces, allowing the evening to continue comfortably regardless of weather conditions.
Dinner will be served buffet-style during the reception alongside a full bar for guests 21+. If you have dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know in advance when submitting your RSVP so accommodations can be arranged whenever possible.
Your presence beside us is truly the greatest gift we could ask for. For guests who wish to leave a note or card, a card box will be available onboard. Due to limited space aboard the yacht, we kindly ask that physical gifts not be brought to the wedding. A wedding fund link is available on our website for anyone who wishes to contribute in that way.
Yes. Seating will be thoughtfully arranged in advance so everyone may comfortably enjoy the evening together.
Once the yacht departs, it will remain underway for the duration of the evening. Guests will not be able to leave and re-board, so we kindly ask everyone to plan on remaining onboard for the full celebration.
As the yacht sails through Clearwater’s waterfront, the evening will unfold with the ceremony shortly after departure, followed by cocktails, dinner, heartfelt toasts, music, dancing, and dessert beneath the evening sky before returning to dock later that night.
The yacht is large, smooth, and designed for luxury dining cruises. February waters are typically calm and gentle, though guests prone to motion sickness may still wish to prepare in advance.
