Formal attire is recommended. Select an elegant ensemble that allows you to move and dance with ease, and opt for shoes that will gracefully navigate our grassy venue. We want you to look stunning and feel comfortable as you celebrate with us.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

In the event of inclement weather, we recommend bringing umbrellas. Please note that the path between our ceremony and reception venues is uncovered, so come prepared to embrace whatever weather nature brings our way.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event with beer and wine available. Please drink responsibly!

Are shuttles available for guests?

Answer

Shuttles will be available for guests staying at Hotel Vandivort and Moxy Springfield Downtown. Please let us know during the RSVP process if you’d like to reserve a seat on the shuttle. Shuttles will be available to depart the venue at 9:00 PM and 10:30 PM.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We recommend arriving at 4:45 PM for the ceremony, which begins promptly at 5:00 PM. This will give you ample time to find your seat and get comfortable in our outdoor venue. Please be mindful not to arrive too early to avoid disrupting the final preparations.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
