We will have a complementary valet service. Please pull around the loop, to the right, and in front of the barn.

For dinner, we will be serving various versions of paella in addition to bread and salads. It is a Spanish, rice based dish that includes a variety of meats and toppings. Below are descriptions of each paella being served. Paella Mexicana - Prepared with Jasmine rice, chicken, ground beef, ground Mexican chorizo, roasted poblano peppers, fried Jalapeno peppers, queso fresco, fiesta blend cheese, refried beans, black beans. Paella Jambalaya - Long grain rice, Andouille sausage, chicken breast, shrimp, ham, tomato puree, celery, green peppers, onions, green onions, garlic, cayenne pepper, creole seasoning, and a hint of red chili pepper. Paella Vegetariana - Preparred with saffron infused freshly made vegetable broth, imported bomba rice, mixed seasonal vegetables including green beans, black beans, butter beans, sliced carrots, asparagus spears, onions, garlic, green peppers, red peppers, yellow peppers, corn and garnished with green peas, red roasted peppers and rosemary
