Each event has its own vibe! For the Friday Welcome BBQ, we're going with cocktail attire — but keep it comfortable, you'll be outside in a tent. Saturday's wedding ceremony and reception calls for formal attire. And if you make it to the after party, come as you are — dress or sweats, we mean it.
We're going to arrive early on Thursday, October 15th to set up for the weekend and sneak over to Atlantic City one night. Come whenever you want! But we only have planned events Friday, October 16th and Saturday, October 17th. On Saturday, please plan to arrive by 4:00 PM so you can get settled and grab a glass of champagne before the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM.
We want to do our best to accomodate our guests. Feel free to bring your children to the welcome party but all events on October 17th (wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after party) will be kid free. Please plan accordingly and if you have any unique circumstances, text Mark or Michelle.
Our wedding events will take up most of the weekend and Renault is a full resort with a winery and tasting room, spa, pool, golf course, restaurant, and their Oktoberfest village should still be up. If you're around for a few extra days check out Atlantic City or Smithsville Village. The Seaview Hotel also has it's own golf course and amenities.
Yes! A shuttle will run between the Seaview Hotel and Renault Winery on Saturday, October 17th. Shuttle times are TBD — check back here for updates. There is no shuttle provided for the Friday Welcome BBQ, but Renault has plenty of parking and is a short ride from nearby hotels.
We have a room block at the Seaview Hotel (401 South New York Road, Galloway, NJ) with a discounted rate available until September 16, 2026 — book early! Some guests are also staying in Atlantic City, about 20 minutes away, though note there is no shuttle from Atlantic City hotels. A limited number of on-site rooms at Renault may become available 30 days before the event.
Rideshare availability in Egg Harbor City can be limited, especially late at night. We strongly recommend booking a room at the Seaview Hotel to take advantage of the Saturday shuttle, or coordinating rides with other guests in advance.
Atlantic City International (ACY) is the closest at about 35 minutes away. Philadelphia (PHL) is about an hour and is often the better option for flight selection. Newark (EWR) is roughly two hours away and is best avoided if possible.
