Friends and Family, After much thought and consideration, and with supportive input from our families, we have decided not to go forward with the wedding party set for August 20, 2022. We have a wonderfully strong marriage because we prioritize happiness and joy, and we find that too in the love and support you have shown us. We realize that weddings can be stressful, and oftentimes become more about planning and logistics than the celebration of love itself. We would really like to enjoy our first married summer without the party planning and logistics, and with the idea that our friends and family will celebrate our union in ways that make you happy. Instead of a large gathering, please do something on August 20th that celebrates and grows love and happiness in a way most personal to you. We will celebrate that day with joy for life and for your love.
