What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is semi-formal/formal attire.

Where do I go when I arrive?

Answer

The wedding festivities will begin outdoors. When you arrive please enter the ceremony area through the white gate inside the parking lot. Once inside please immediately proceed to the right where the outdoor ceremony will take place. Please do not enter the indoor Golf Club until directed.

Question

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

Children are not allowed at the wedding unless the child is apart of our wedding party. Thank you for understanding.

Am I allowed to bring a plus 1?

Answer

Your online invitation will outline who is all included in your invite. No additional guest should arrive with you.

Are RSVPs to be mailed back or completed online?

Answer

RSVPs must be submitted online by June 26, 2021.

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes, room blocks have been reserved at the Courtyard Marriott Naperville. Please see the traveling tab for booking information.

Is there a deadline to make hotel reservations?

Answer

If booking your room at the provider hotel for our guests, there is a deadline of June 26th to make your online or over-the-phone reservation. After June 26th, regular room rates apply.

Will there be a shuttle to/from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, scheduled shuttles will be provided. Check back for scheduled shuttle times after July 1st.

Am I allowed to take pictures during the wedding/reception?

Answer

Please be prepared to turn off all cell phones and cameras and enjoy this special moment with us.

Is there a cocktail hour?

Answer

Yes, the outdoor cocktail hour will be held immediately following the wedding in the outdoor pavilion. Wedding staff will be directing guests to the outdoor cocktail hour. The reception will be immediately following.

Is the ceremony and reception in the same location?

Answer

Yes, the wedding ceremony and reception are onsite at the same venue; Arrowhead Golf Course.

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

We will have a sparkler send off for the couple at 11:00PM.
