FAQs

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 7.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is casual wedding attire. The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, so please dress accordingly to stay comfortable in the weather. Examples for women include a summer sundress or a blouse and pants/shorts. Examples for men include a polo and khaki pants/shorts.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue space, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate plus ones beyond those listed on the invitation/RSVP list on our website. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, children are only invited if named on the invitation/RSVP list on our website. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Will there be food?

Answer

Absolutely! We're excited to provide the "Perfect Potluck" to our guests, which is an arrangement of our favorite foods that we've enjoyed together over the years of our relationship. The food will be heavy appetizer style. We are excited to share these delicious and meaningful dishes with you!

Question

Is a hotel room block available?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved two room blocks at the Drury Plaza Hotel Broadview and the Hampton Inn & Suites Wichita/Airport. For more information, please refer to the Travel & Lodging header on the website.

Question

What is the wedding itinerary?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM, followed by cocktail hour and the reception, which is anticipated to end around 10:30 PM.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos or videos at your wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos. We have amazing photographers that will be there to capture the moment, and we want our guests to be truly present with us on our special day. After the ceremony is over and the party begins, you may take as many pictures or videos as you'd like! We'd love for you to share those captured moments with us!
