When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible, but certainly no later than August 28.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No, this will be a child-free wedding except for immediate family. Ask Jackie if you need a babysitter, she can put you in contact with a friend of hers that does babysitting for weddings.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please indicate the specific allergy in your RSVP.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There is a room block at Hotel 1620, and for a more spacious and upscale stay, Harbour View Suites is next door.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, buses will be provided from Hotel 1620's back parking lot to the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the venue if you plan to attend the wedding without staying overnight. Otherwise, please use the transportation from downtown to keep it a safe event.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail. Colors for the wedding party will be dark green, pink and maroon.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, there is a welcome party the night before, after party in the hotel lobby, and brunch the morning after the wedding.
