Question
Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, but very limited as the restaurant in the venue will be open. We will be providing a shuttle to and from the hotel. The bus will be leaving the Hyatt at 4pm and 5pm, it will be leaving the venue at 8:30pm and 10pm.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony is at 5:30, but we recommend arriving 10 minutes before then to find a seat. There will also be multiple shuttle runs from the Hyatt Place Cottonwood to the venue throughout the evening.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
On this website! in the top right corner of the website click the RSVP tab. Type in your full name as it appears on your invitation. Select whether you will or won't be attending the ceremony or dinner and reception.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
The sooner the better, but please no later than August 24, 2019.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Please note that ceremony will be held outside on grass. For your comfort, stiletto heels are not recommended. Also, keep in mind temperatures in the mountains may be cooler at night.

If your invitation say "and Guest" then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. Please reach out with further questions.

If your invitation indicates the family is invited, then yes your children are welcome. Note: there are no childcare services at the venue.

There will be BBQ style buffet.
