What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony begins at 5:00 pm at Cedar Oaks Farm. Please arrive no later than 4:45pm.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes, however Cedar Oaks Farm is strictly a beer and wine only venue. No liquor will be served. Please respect the venue’s wishes and don’t make Heather and Roberto’s memorable for the wrong reasons.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

NOPE but... there will be pictures that last FOREVER. Perhaps dust off that sports coat and your favorite dancing dress for this one, aka cocktail attire. For those wondering, the couples color scheme is sage green, gold, cream and black.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, kids are welcome. There will be outdoor games for them to play as well as ample room to romp around. Roberto and Heather just ask the parents to use their discretion on bringing their children. They would love to see your kiddos on their special day but understand it is on a school night and if mom and/or dad would rather have a parents night out, that's okay too, do what's best for your family.

Can I bring a date?

Please only bring the allotted amount of people allotted for your RSVP online. Heather and Roberto had to make some difficult decisions when it came to invitations.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking available for those able to walk and handicapped access for those unable. There will be a parking attendant present at the venue.

Rehearsal Dinner

Unfortunately space is limited but for those invited rehearsal dinner is at Big Lick Brewery 5:30pm.
