Best friend since 2010! Met this amazing woman at a CSUSB Vietnamese Student Association & never thought that I would one day click with her so well. We started bonding in Microbiology class over the fact that we just dropped out of Pre-Med & started in Nursing together. Little did we know that we were attached at the hip, from having day trips to San Diego, LA, & even a 7 day cruise to Mexico in our early 20's! We went through huge milestones together, from graduating nursing school to passing NCLEX exam to getting engaged & now getting married within a few months of each other! I love how we can go weeks without catching up, & once we do, itās a never ending 3 hr convo! Melody is the sister I've always wanted & I can't wait for our future adventures together, now with our loved ones. š§”

OMG so much to say about this girl .. I could go on forever! Met tamang when I started CSUSB in freshman year. Sheās the longest closest friend Iāve known (going on 14 yrs). Since the beginning of time, sheās shown her loyalty & true self & never fails to make me laugh. Iām so glad we got to bond over Disney trips over the years! Tamang is one of the strongest women I know. What sheās had to endure over the years, makes me hope that I can be like her one day. š Iām thankful sheās there for me through the bad & the good, I couldnāt ask for a better best friend!

Back in 2015, Patty asked Melody & I to be her bridesmaids. & asked Tamang & Cindy to join her bachelorette. Now we are all inseparable & go thru all these huge milestones together. Itās amazing to go thru life together & Patty has shown me what a good, dedicated, reliable friend is! Iām thankful for her & her babies š„² esp since her 1st daughter is my flower girlš§š»š„°

I met Monica back in Psych 301 when I was in my liberal studies major back in 2010. We ended up working at Best Buy together but started getting close when we ran into each other at the gym ā¦ back in the day, we would go to the gym & went to Yogurtland right after & would talk for hrs. I love how family- oriented Monica is & so glad we became close over the years! From taking our mommies out on our mommy/daughter dates to having random adventures like Bahamas or Lake Tahoe together, I will always be appreciative of her! Iām so glad sheās helping me with sweating for the wedding & being my gym partner šŖš» canāt wait for more adventures (once this COVID pandemic goes awayš)

Iāve only known Marian for a short amount of time (compared to my other bridesmaids) but Iām happy that we met & became close in NP school! š I love that sheās always there for me when I need to vent about ppl, life, work, etc. she always lends her shoulder for me to lean on & Iām forever grateful! Marian was doing bridesmaids duties before I even chose her to be my bridesmaid! Thatās how good of a friend she is. Her kindness & her compassion makes me want to be a better person š¤£

My annoying little cousin š whoās more like my little sister! Annie & I basically grew up together at our grandmaās house when I was 12 & she was only 4. We used to think our grandparentsā house was haunted so Annie would mess around with me when I would jump in the shower, she would turn off the bathroom lights! Literally made me want to šŖ her LOL Fast forward to us growing up, Annie has really shown that she can have a sense of humor but also be very serious & be there for whoever that needs her. Iām so thankful that this 2nd year med student has time to be my bridesmaid š„° (she better tho since she always make time for her obsession over BTS!). But for real, she will make a fine doctor one day!

This is my sister who has my back when people mess with me. There was this one time when I used to work at a Chinese fast food restaurant & would come home venting to Linda about this girl who was a leader there. Linda would then come in & give her so much sass that my coworker never messed with me again. Iām glad I have a sister who can be the backbone I need from time to time. We fight like cats & dogs but will always be there for each other when needed!

This brother was the 1st person I met in nursing school, when I switched from OC campus to Ontario. I was waiting to go into simulation when I met this happy, friendly guy who was carrying a huge smile. Little did I know RJ would become my best friend. This gentleman here literally has a heart of gold! We bonded during the last few terms of nursing core. Despite our setbacks, aināt nothing holding us back from achieving our goals and living the best life we have. Rjās hustle in life uplifts and inspires me to work just as hard.He manages his own dance academy, handles his family business, and much more. In other words, I have a sugar daddy (sorry Steph, honey). Honestly there isnāt anything I wouldnāt do for this guy. He is my person.

I met this brother in nursing school. First impressions as I told the best man (RJ): ā I donāt know about this dude, he keeps to himself, presents like heās better than everyone else, too formal when speaking to us, acts like a jerk to people; he aināt passing the vibe checkā. All assumptions became true. Ray is a dick. But eventually, I learned that he is a genuine and loyal person who is willing to do anything for family/friends . His facade doesnāt match his true character. Like myself, it takes time to warm up to people. My favorite memory thus far is our trip to SF (exploring the city, sight seeing, driving down PCH). The trip really made me feel like I had brothers despite being an only child.

I met this brother in nursing school. Felix is one-of- a kind guy with a contagious laugh that you wonāt miss. Weāve gotten to know each other during clinicals when we carpooled to Victorville. The more we gotten to know each other, I said to myself, āThis guy is literally crazy,ā but I can relate; so I guess itās not surprising that we got along. Like brothers, I was crazy enough to spar with this dude (trying to workout, without doing the normal cardio). That contagious laugh I mentioned went away real quick. Letās say all those times I pushed him at the gym came around. š. For those who donāt know Felix, he has a military background. One of the hobbies we bond over is guns. Like an older brother, he teaches me the ins and outs of using a gun.

I grew up with this brother. Weāve known each other for the longest time. Our dadās knew each other back in the day and they signed us up for the same middle school. Coincidentally, we lived in the same neighborhood. I remember when we hung out, we used to play basketball with his neighbor and make random trips to AmPm to customize our hotdogs. āAhh! The good olā days when we didnāt have a care in the worldā. Nowadays, we get together & drink some old-fashions and bicker about work and adulting.

I met this brother through one of my closest friend Ellen. He is married to her too. During the time I started ācoreā in nursing school, I was so nervous and overwhelmed with all the task and skills we had to learn. Thereās this one time, I went over to Timās place to work on my care plan. If you know Tim, thereās always a courtesy glass of a spirit (in this case it was Black label). We drank and he was correcting my care plan when all of sudden he told me to put in an IV in him. Long story short, I had successfully put in an IV; granted I left a little bit of blood and his arm was bruised the next day. Tim is that type of friend and mentor; so supportive in making sure you achieve success. I am always inspired and motivated by his hustle.

This brother is one of my longest friend. Iāve known him since high school. We used to work at the fair when we were kids. I worked at a fast food joint. Stevo worked at the carnival games. After our shift weād workout at 24hr fitness, eat out, shower and repeat this for 5 summers. Those were the fun days because after all that hard work, we would splurge on the latest and greatest games or cell phones. We made a pact when we were young that no matter what happens in life weād be there for each other. Itās been true ever since.

I met this brother through one of my closest friends Jenny. Heās married to her. Weāve gotten to know each other through the many trips to new breweries. I knew I could trust him when I found out he likes IPAs. Takes a special person to acquire that taste. Haha! Mel is such a down to earth guy and a good friend, we could talk about anything: work, adulting, sports, type of whiskeys and beers we like, when Jenny gets on his nerves, just kidding he would never!š
