What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm, please arrive by 4:00pm. There will be a welcome station with non-alcoholic refreshments starting at 3:45pm. Reminder: Give yourself enough time for Bay Area traffic on a Thursday.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will take place outside. Dancing will take place indoors after 8:00pm.

We will have a variety of food options for both meat eaters and vegetarians.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your kids, but thought you might like a night off! We are only able to accommodate children in the wedding party. Thank you for your understanding!

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a select number of rooms at the Embassy Suites in San Rafael. Please use “Schmeeckle Wedding” or the link for a special room rate. To access the link and special room rate, find the “Travel” section on our website then click “View”. This will bring you to the Embassy Suites Hotel website. Please book by May 13th

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel?

Unfortunately no shuttle will be provided.

Is there parking available near the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot at the venue. Please be careful when entering the venue as the entrance/exit is one road. There is also an Uber/Lyft drop off and pick up area.
