Where should I stay?

Answer

The Wedding Party and most of our close friends and family are staying at The Estes Park Resort. We recommend staying here in case of any inclement weather. However, some of our favourite places to stay within 10 minutes of the Resort are The Appenzell Inn, Hotel Estes, and the Lazy R Cottages. We have a room block at the Estes Park Resort, when making your reservation please state that you are with the Spelts/Ronan Block. If the block is full, reach out to the Bride and Groom or immediate family for assistance. Please book your room block room before XX XX XXXX

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for the event is cocktail attire. Please remember that it is February in Estes Park and there is a high chance of snow. We ask that guests refrain from wearing emerald green and black. (Black suits, slacks, and sports coats are permitted.)

Will we be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events will be held indoors! However, a photo-op on the lake may arise, so please make sure to dress warmly and use your best discretion for the time you will be outside.

What should we do when we arrive, or before the event?

Answer

Please check the "Things to do" page for all of the Bride and Groom's recommendations. There will be no official wedding event the day before the celebration, but Estes Park is a beautiful place full of shopping, sight seeing, and hiking. You are bound to find something you enjoy here.

How do we get there?

Answer

Estes Park is about 90 mins by car away from Denver International Airport. We recommend arriving the day before the event to be able to check in to your hotel and settle in. The Estes Park Resort has a 4pm check in time, and rarely is able to accommodate earlier check ins. To be on time for the event, please make sure you arrive to the venue dressed and ready to party.

Am I allowed to Bring a Plus One?

Answer

While we would love to host a celebration large enough to include everyone, our venue simply cannot accommodate it. If you have been given a plus one, it will appear on your invitation. If you believe there is a mistake, please contact the immediate family of the Bride or Groom to address your concerns.

Are children allowed to come?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is an ADULTS ONLY event. We hope you're able to take the night off and celebrate with us.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:30pm at the absolute latest. We would hate for you to miss out on any celebration events.

Can I post photos from your wedding?

Answer

Please post as many photos as you want from our wedding. Our wedding can be tagged with #oneringtobindthemsd
