What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3:00 pm. Pre-wedding music will be played for your enjoyment beginning at 2:15 pm. We would recommend giving yourself at least 30 minutes to get parked, walk to the courtyard, greet friends and family, and get ready for the fun!

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are hoping for a beautiful outdoor wedding, but if the weather has other plans, we will make the best of it in the same location!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable at our wedding, so the attire is dressy casual. That means sundresses or light separates for girls, and light dress shirts with khakis or other lightweight slacks/dress shorts for guys. Jackets and ties are not required, but feel free to wear them if you'd like.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

To keep our very special day as intimate as possible, we are only celebrating with our closest family and friends. Therefore, we respectfully request that you only RSVP for those included on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all of our little friends and relatives, unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate the children in our wedding party at our venue.

Is there parking onsite?

Answer

Yes! All of the events will be held at the same venue and you will find a well-marked parking area when you arrive.

Am I allowed to take photos?

Answer

We would love to have wedding photos that don't include cell phones. For that reason, we ask that you don't use your cell phones during the ceremony. Please enjoy the moment with us. We promise it will be worth it and that you'll have plenty of opportunities to snap pics throughout the evening!

Is there a happy hour?

Answer

When the wedding ceremony is over, our guests will begin to enjoy Happy Hour with drinks and appetizers while we're handling some wedding business. As soon as we're done, we'll join you to get the reception started. We hope that happens around 4:30pm.

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We've planned a menu of our favorite things to share with you! DINNER: Our event will be catered by the TRADITIONAL AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD TRUCK! You won't be disappointed or hungry after dinner! If you have special dietary needs, let us know. DESSERT: NY Style Cheesecake is Gabe's favorite dessert and Warm Apple Crisp is Morgan's! So we're bringing these plus toppings, so you can build your favorite flavor combos. Or maybe, have them together for a super tasty treat!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request, if needed?

Answer

Absolutely! Most of the food for the evening will be "choose your own adventure" style, but we will certainly make sure you have something that you can eat, so let us know!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing both non-alcoholic beverages and alcohol throughout the evening. Our alcoholic beverages willl consist of beer and select mixed drinks. If you're drink of choice is the free kind, you're set! If you have very specific preferences, please plan to bring your own.

What time will your reception end?

Answer

The noise ordinance requires that our outdoor party ends at 10pm. However, if anyone would prefer to stay and join us as we continue to celebrate inside the reception hall, you are welcome to do so!

Can I post pictures on social media?

Answer

YES!!! We want to see them all. That's why we're providing a QR code and a hashtag (#OneMoUpdegraff), so be sure to post them to our site, and use our hashtag everywhere else!

Will you live stream the event?

Answer

We will not be doing this, but we hope to see you there in person!

We are going to be moving just before our wedding, so we kindly ask that gifts are brought to the event.
