Beth Marie's Old Fashioned Ice Cream
This ice cream shop is reminiscent of old-school ice cream parlors, with its checkerboard floor, marble-top counters, and tin ceiling. Oh and the 80 flavors of homemade ice cream, which can be made into shakes and malts or simply scooped into a homemade waffle cone. The shop also serves lunch from 11 am-4 pm daily. Think tuna, chicken, and egg salad sandwiches, stuffed baked potatoes, and chili dogs.
Oak St. Drafthouse and Cocktail Parlor
Located in one of the oldest houses in Denton and one block East of the Downtown Denton Square. They are non-smoking inside and have a huge back patio with plenty of seating that is dog and kid friendly. Their outdoor patio serves your favorite drinks and the cement ping pong table calls your name.
