To reserve a room guests will need to call the hotel directly at 717-367-4000 or toll free at 1-800-335-4188 and let the front desk staff know you are arriving for the Trok/Moore Wedding. This will give you a discounted rate and help the hotel track who has booked a room. Individual guests have up until 6:00PM the day of arrival to cancel their reservations made, without penalty.
