From the moment Vince met Erin, he couldn't take his eyes off her. This was less due to "love at first sight" and more due to the fact that his desk was directly adjacent to hers, but it makes for a good opener regardless. This was the fall of 2015, when Vince started working at the school where Erin was beginning her second year teaching. We'd tell you that he was initially, in fact, her teaching apprentice... but we don't want to provide any ammunition for the HR department. After a few perfectly PG months working in the same classroom, the first sparks flew when they carpooled to and from a party together. As they weaved through the San Antonio traffic, away from the bustle and buzz of 23 nine-year-old distractions (ha), he was struck by her good-naturedness and she was charmed by his humility. Despite Erin's insistence that she would never date a man with ginger genes and the suspicious redness of Vince's sideburns, they began dating shortly thereafter and the rest, as they say, is history. As the months passed, fall turned to spring, Vince fell in love with Erin, and Erin fell in love with Vince. On October 6, 2017, he got down on one knee and popped the big question (we'll let you guess what she said back). Now, the date is set and they cannot wait to celebrate their love with you on June 30th. It will truly be a glorious day!
