If you know how obsessively clean Keyon is, it is because growing up, he had to share a room with Bidjan. Bidjan is a successful English teacher--the Senior Team Lead at Dublin High School in N. California. One thing Keyon loves doing is reconnecting with his big bro in nature, such as hiking Mt. Baldy for their baba or their backpacking trip in Yosemite a few years ago. Bidjan enjoys staying active, is a lover of good food, and a loyal Dodgers and 49ers (😬) fan. He currently resides in Castro Valley with his awesome girlfriend, Sherrice, and their beautiful Red-Nosed Pit Bull, Leo. We don't see Bidjan as much as we'd like, but it never feels like it's been long when we do. We're looking forward to being teachers so we can spend more of our winters and summers on vacation together.
Viviana Cortez

Amanda’s Maid of Honor and best friend since 7th grade, met when they bonded over Nivea’s “Don’t Mess With My Man” in ASB. No matter their distance, they always find time to talk on the phone or sit and catch up. They are each other's lifeline when they need a reality slap, or an ear to listen. The memories are countless from prank calling their crushes using the yellow phone book, to dancing the night away in Vegas. Not only does she have the biggest heart, she also tells some of the funniest and most random stories around. Vivi is a 4th grade teacher in Oxnard, CA and loves traveling, with recent visits to Croatia, Italy, and Spain!
Jake Falzone

Jake and Keyon have been best friends since high school, 12 years ago. If we had to sum up Jake in three words, they would be: passionate, artistic, and food. I mean, him and Keyon would have pizza-eating contests back in the day... In addition to the several trips to June Lake with the Falzone family, Jake and Keyon have created some epic adventures for themselves, like seeing some of their favorite DJs, exploring California and backpacking the High Sierra Trail in the Sierra Nevada mountains. They have always had each other's backs and have been through some real times together. Jake works for Medtronic in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area and is an incredible photographer. He and his lovely wife Käri currently reside in Eden Prairie, MN with their ham of a French Bulldog, Ozzy.
Ashley Segovia

Ashley is Amanda’s little and only sister. They could not be anymore opposite. Ashley’s favorite thing in the world is sleeping and Amanda’s favorite things is being outside adventuring. To this day, they continue to fight over stealing each other's clothes. Most of their childhood was spent with Amanda running circles around Ashley, annoying her and begging her to play with her. Ashley loves to travel and every year takes a trip out of state. She is currently finishing her degree in Sociology at CSU Channel Islands, works for Human Resources, and is mom to her three-legged Beagle rescue, Violet.
Barrett Goldberg

Barrett and Keyon knew each other as early as middle school but became good friends in high school, becoming best friends in college, as they both stayed local. Barrett is always up for a good time and to try new things. Together, they have obsessed about and "dabbed" their hands in a bit of everything, from playing soccer at the park, hiking, working out, camping, skiing, longboarding, modifying their cars, frisbee (way too much to the point they decided they needed a light up frisbee to combat time changes)--and of course, one of Barrett's own favorites, golf. He is the Business Office Manager for RICO Technologies in Newbury Park, CA and currently resides in Moorpark with his amazing wife Sally and ridiculously adorable son, Titus.
Aubrie Emery

Aubrie is Amanda’s longtime adventure buddy. They started their friendship with a one day hike to the top of Mt. Whitney. In that trip they saw the good, the bad and the ugly--the perfect way to see if you’re going to be life-long friends. In 2015, together they ventured out to the Sierra for four days on a girls trip, in search of finding themselves and proving they don’t need a man by figuring out how to kindle and cook on an open fire. Later that year they met the loves of their lives... Aubrie is a mermaid at heart, with accomplishments of swimming around Alcatraz and finishing a 21 mile open water swim through the Catalina Channel. She is a Financial Analyst for Cydcor and lives in Michigan with her amazing Plant Ecologist husband, Nate.
Keith Richards

If you see Keith at the wedding be sure to ask him, "Where's Mick?" He loves it. Keith and Keyon met each other in 6th grade while on the same soccer team in which Keith still likes to make fun of Keyon for crying whenever he let in a goal. And then in 7th grade when Keith told on Keyon for allegedly poking him in the eye with a pencil. Despite Keith's shenanigans, they became great friends in high school and now whenever the tripod gets together (Jake, Keith, Keyon), it's like time hasn't passed and they're laughing their asses off in no time. In 2017, Keith saw his lifelong dream come to fruition by becoming a firefighter for the world-renowned New York City Fire Department. He currently resides in Warwick, NY with his wonderful wife, Eva, and their darling daughter, Emma.
Lauren Covarrubias

Lauren, Amanda’s little cousin is a sassy, athletic freshman. Currently, she plays high school basketball and is also on a traveling soccer team. Amanda has spent countless summers babysitting Lauren, she is almost like a little sister. Lauren considers Amanda her personal stylist, makeup artist, and hair stylist. She shares very similar traits with Amanda--hyper, stubborn, and too sassy (Amanda, as a teenager). Although she is only 15 years old, Lauren has traveled to several countries, with her most recent trip being to Rome and Venice, Italy. Her future goal is to play soccer in college and become a doctor.
David Niren

David met Keyon unofficially through AOL Instant Messenger when he was beginning to date Keyon's sister, Jilaa. Two years later, they became BILs (brother-in-laws) and the rest is history. David has always been there for Keyon, listening to him and giving good advice, despite Keyon being a pain in his ass at times. His love of sports transcends all others' and he can easily carry a conversation on just about any sport--probably even badminton. He is a Manager for Big 5 in Westminster, CA and currently resides in Long Beach. He loves to get out on the golf course when he can and seems to always be on some type of vacation with his plan-happy wife and their two cuties, Luc and Ava. Also, he is probably looking forward to this wedding more than the couple, so he can get his fix of blackjack.
Jilaa Niren

Amanda’s future SIL (sister in law), Jilaa, has done so much for Amanda and Keyon, including planning their engagement party. Jilaa is bubbly, loves being on the go, and spending time with her family. She has been on top of things and is always willing to help out wherever possible with all of the wedding chaos. Jilaa lives in Long Beach with her loving husband David and two children, Luc and Ava. She is a Supervising Social Worker for Los Angeles County DFCS by day and social planner by night. Travis Segovia

Travis is Amanda's younger brother, and the one Keyon never had. Maybe they can relate to one another because they are both the babies of their families! Since meeting, they have done some incredible things together, like summiting 14,026-foot Mt. Langley while backpacking over multiple nights, with camping trips in the Sierra Nevada mountains and Los Padres National Forest. Travis loves being outdoors, eating sunflower seeds, watching Smokey and the Bandit, sports--and is a die hard Kansas City Chiefs fan. He is attending Ventura Community College with hopes of transferring to a university soon.
Sherrice Singh

Sherrice is Bidjan’s girlfriend and one of the sweetest people we know. She embraces everyone she meets with open arms including the first time Amanda and her met. They both have bonded over their love for their fur children, Leo and Maggie, and their obsession of American Horror Story. Whenever they are together they have countless conversations about their doggies and things going on in their life. Sherrice currently works for Kaiser Permanente in Oakland, CA as a Certified Medical Assistant. She is currently going to Merritt College to become a Registered Nurse.
