We knew each other tangentially through the Brooklyn DIY punk music scene, but never actually met. Cut to 2020, and we were both on an online dating website during the pandemic, where there's nothing but time to get to know each other. After a few months of chatting, we decided to meet up at the park. The rest was history ; sharing our love of music, video games, Food Network, our cat Mabel, and a good comedy bit. We've been two inseparable goof balls ever since.
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ There is a whole community of wonderful people in the music scene, and couldn't picture our special day without including them. Of course, no party is complete without some dancing too! There's also board games in the lounge for those of you who think music isn't their scene. All in all, it will be a very rad night!
We know you're traditionally used to saying "Bride and groom", but we kindly ask that you use gender neutral language. The nearlyweds/newlyweds, the married couple, partners, are all wonderful terms to use. And if all else fails : just use our names!
